Sabrina is a dedicated and thoughtful advocate for workers rights throughout California. She is recognized by her team for her calm nature in high stress situations, such as those which lead people to need our legal services.
Sabrina supports our clients and litigation teams through all points of our representation. She has assisted on single and multi plaintiff cases, class actions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Specifically, she was part of the litigation team which won a record-breaking $137 million verdict for racial harassment against Tesla, Inc. (Diaz v. Tesla).
Prior to joining the team at California Civil Rights Law Group, Sabrina graduated cum laude and with honors from California State University, Chico where she majored in Multicultural and Gender Studies with a Women’s Studies focus and minored in Public Administration and Spanish. She spent her senior year interning with the Community Legal Information Center in the Disability and Law Project where she represented individuals appealing disability benefit denials. She also worked on her school newspaper, The Orion, and was a member of the Speech and Debate team.
Away from work, Sabrina likes to relax by spending time with her loved ones, snuggling with her dog, and enjoying a yummy meal.
