California Civil Rights Law Group, a law firm specializing in employment law including discrimination, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment, is proud to announce that attorney Navruz Avloni has made partnership status. Avloni brings a passion for justice and the law to the firm plus strong organizational skills. It should be noted that the law firm has offices in Oakland, San Francisco, and Marin County.

Navruz is a committed attorney and advocate who fights vigorously for the rights of individuals. She has handled cases at all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery and depositions, motion practice, mediation and trial preparation, and has had a proven track record of obtaining favorable results for her clients. Navruz is recognized for her ability to see the big picture to every case she litigates, and for being a tenacious and passionate litigator.
Prior to joining the California Civil Rights Law Group, Navruz spent years representing employees whose civil rights were violated, worked at the National Bureau of Asian Research in Seattle, interned in the United Nations Development Program’s Economic Governance Unit in Uzbekistan, and performed in national and international piano competitions, including the United States Open Music Competition, where she won first place in the Showcase Solo Category.
When she is not practicing law, Navruz enjoys spending time with her supportive husband and two daughters, traveling the world and capturing expressions on camera.
